Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. Early check-in and late check-out may be available — please ask us via WhatsApp when making your booking.
When you book online, you pay a 20% deposit to secure your dates. The remaining 80% balance is due 30 days before your check-in date and is arranged with us directly via WhatsApp. We will contact you shortly after your booking to confirm the details and arrange the balance payment.
Our minimum stay is 2 nights year-round. Please check availability for your preferred dates and the booking form will advise you of any minimum.
The pool is not heated, but it is fitted with a thermal cover that retains heat from the sun. Lanzarote's warm climate means the pool benefits from solar energy throughout the year, and water temperatures can reach up to 33°C during warmer months. The pool is generally very pleasant for swimming.
Yes — Villa Hola is a great choice for families. Please note that children must always be supervised around the pool area. A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request — please let us know in advance.
Unfortunately pets are not permitted at Villa Hola. This is to ensure the comfort of all guests and to meet the requirements of the complex.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable. Full terms and conditions are provided on booking.
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is included with every booking at no extra charge.
Villa Hola accommodates a maximum of 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. This limit must be respected — the number of guests stated at booking is the maximum permitted to stay at the property.
A hire car is highly recommended for exploring Lanzarote — the island has incredible scenery, volcanic landscapes and beaches that are best discovered by car. That said, Playa Blanca itself has a good range of restaurants, beaches and shops within walking distance. Taxis are also available.
